Bruce E. Davis, Sr

Bruce E. Davis, Sr is the Managing Director of EFX and has worked in the Business Services industry for over 25 years. Bruce has held positions in ownership, senior level management and middle management. In addition Bruce has owned three small businesses as a sole proprietor and as a partner.

Ronald W. Brown Esq.

Ronald W. Brown serves as Director of Business Advisory Services and legal counsel for EFX. A Harvard MBA, Mr. Brown provides over thirty years of cross-functional business, legal, fiscal, financial, and general management experience. His industry experience includes management consulting practice, start-up entities, established not-for profits, state and local governments, an academic medical health center and a Fortune 500 legal department.

Geraldine Reed-Brown, Esq.

Geraldine Reed-Brown serves as Chief Business advisor to EFX’s most elite clients. Also an Attorney and Harvard MBA. Mrs. Reed-brown is past president of the Garden State Bar Association and a strong business planner and advocate.

Janet Slaughter

Janet Slaughter attended Rutgers University School of Business. Until recently, Janet served as the Director of Administration for Sony Music Studios and has held the position of Controller for other NY based firms.

Larry Glover

Larry Glover is a career senior executive and business manager. Larry’s expertise is in the areas of Marketing, Strategic Planning and Advertising. A former Fortune 100 marketing brand manager, Mr. Glover has a proven track record for building businesses large and small.

Genevieve G. Jones

Genevieve G. Jones, MSOD, CCDP, is a diversity management, leadership development and team building specialist. Genevieve is extraordinarily qualified to help any business design the most effective and proactive Human Resource programs possible. She works closely with each client to establish employee behavioral programs, TO BUILD THE BEST POSSIBLE TEAM DYNAMIC.

Jinni Rock-Bailey

Jinni Rock-Bailey has an advanced degree in Labor Relations from Rutgers University, among her many educational achievements. Jinni has significant expertise in developing Human Resource Programs including the development of selection, hiring and monitoring guidelines.

Marcelle C. Jackson

Marcelle C. Jackson is highly thought of as an administrative expert with strengths in strategic planning, quality management, business systems implementation, relationship management, employee relations and financial strategies. Marcelle earned her MBA from Baruch Graduate School of Business.

Carrie Mitchell

Carrie Mitchell serves as EFX’s organizational and administrative specialist. Carrie has the uncanny ability to cut through the clutter and structure for our clients in order that we can minimize their wasted time.

Raymond E. Franklin

Raymond E. Franklin is a Graduate of Morgan State University and a passionate, driven specialty Sales Manager with the strategic vision and leadership acumen to help clients drive sales, productivity and efficiencies.

Michael D Brown

Michael D Brown is a Stanford University graduate with concentrations in Social Psychology & Social Processes. Michael’s business experience includes creating on-line surveys and analyzing results, working with customer advisory panels, and business research to support strategic business planning. Michael brings to our organization a whole new view. His exuberance and level of dedication are unmatched.

Stanley H. Robinson, Jr.

Stan has experience in the banking, publishing, technology, and information products industries. As part of his responsibilities in sales and marketing, he has worked with organizations ranging from start-up businesses to Fortune 100 companies. Stan has a BA from Harvard in Psychology and a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton. He will be helping EFX clients in the area of sales and marketing communications.
